(on: I finally cleared my desk today, whose surface I hadn't seen in years. How long will it last? Well, that's a question for another post...)

...could it possibly be that I am getting my mojo back?

Far from wanting to delude fool myself that I just might be starting to settle into a routine... but... I must share with you that... well, there's been some knitting sightings chez annarella in the last few days... nothing major you see, it all started with some dreams... and I do mean dreams, as in: I dreamt of knitting... it's happened a couple of times, and both times I dreamt I had been working on my stripy sox, so realistic it was too, that upon waking I found myself fumbling on my night table for my needles, which, of course, left me in a pointless search as in reality they had been stored neatly (nope, that's a lie, I don't do neat) away from sight.

And then, well, then there's all your captivating and gripping blogs which I've kept on reading even during my recent hiatus... (even thou you may be forgiven for thinking that's not the case, especially when bloglines informs me that I have over 730 posts which require my prompt attention... 730??? C'mon folks, I know I don't really have a life and all that... but 730 posts?? It may take me a few hundred years to catch up with you all, but rest assured that you've not been forgotten), I've grown increasingly jealous of your wonderful creations and every time I've seen a new FO I've so intensely wished for it to be MINE!

So, with a little encouragement from my friends (thanx to you all!)... well, I finally picked up the needles at the weekend, and as they say, the rest is history...
