The sweater looks great in that picture! Cant wait to see more pictures of it once your back from holiday... Unfortunately for me Saturday was far to hot so I spent it in the bedroom watching footie (UGH!) and staying cool in the AC.. wanna come hang out next hot day? LOL

Well done on finishing your Picovoli! It looks great! And in 8 days??? I don't know how you did it! I wish I could actually make myself a sweater...but I'm a bit nervous about it.....
I actually knit at the hairdressers, which is dangerous because he keeps telling me that he is going to give me a blue rinse one of these days. Should have seen their faces when they boredly asked me what I was doing for the afternoon and I said..."Oh, learning to drop spindle yarn...." WHAT! It was great, bet they have never been told that before!
