delivery days

All orders are despatched on: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

We always try to despatch all orders on the next delivery day following your purchase. If your order is placed on one of our delivery days, then it will be shipped on the next delivery slot (ie: items purchased on the Tuesday will be shipped on the Thursday).

Please note that if you're paying by cheque, we will need to have cleared funds before we are able to despatch your goods - we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you're in a desperate hurry to get your hands on our products, do let us know, and we'll see what we can do :)

International orders: Please note that your package may be subject to delays and taxes levied by Customs once the package has reached your country. We have no control over delays and charges imposed by Customs and cannot predict what they may be.

Wholesale orders: Depending on the size of the order, it may take up to 7 days for the items to be despatched. Please contact us if you have any queries.

All orders are sent by First Class Royal Mail to UK addresses and by Air Mail worldwide.

UK: 50p for the first item and 20p for every additional item.
Europe: £1 for the first item and 50p for every additional item.
Rest of the world: £1.50 for the first item and 50p for every additional item.

Please ensure you select the correct delivery area before proceeding to the checkout, or the postage you're charged will be incorrect. Should an underpayment occur, you will be required to pay the balance, before the order can be despatch.

If you would like postal insurance or other delivery methods, please let us know before making your purchase so that we may advise on the additional costs.

Please note: We reserve the right to change our delivery costs without notice - we hate having to be forced to put prices up, but Royal Mail makes us do it, if truth be told, we'd rather you spent the extra dosh on our products instead :)
