6mm straight

This has got to be the quickest FULL sweater I've ever knitted. It really flew by on 6mm needles.

I'm really pleased with how it's come out, and although I say so myself, I think I've done a pretty good job of setting in the sleeves :) So well done to me!

I followed the pattern almost to the letter, the only mods being that of shortening the body by approx 10-15cm though, as a model figure I does not have... and did a couple more decreases for the armhole shaping so that the sleeves would not droop. Ah, and of course, there's a mistake in the chart, where it says PURL it actually means KNIT! Watch out...

However, this will probably be the last of bulky knits for a while, whilst flattering with its peplum, it does my pear shaped form no favours being rather chunky. So it's back on DK and aran weight knits for a while!

Disclaimer: I've not totally lost my marbles when taking these pictures, I was trying to emulate the pose of the model, but to no avail! ;)
