The year of Handmade series continues with the Classic Ribbed Hat by Purl Soho. With almost 10,000 projects on Ravelry, it’s a pretty great little design, which will fit any number of heads, so ideal for gift giving. However, for me it felt like a labour of love, all that 1×1 ribbing got pretty boring pretty quickly, and could not get into a rhythm. But I really like the way it’s turned out. The yarn is fabulously soft and I will definitely want to use it again to make something for me. File under: one day…
