Took a quick selfie (sorry about the low quality) yesterday to show the full Kingsburg Keyhole Pullover post blocking – go look at my previous photo for the keyhole detail. My version ended up roomier than the designer intended (entirely down to my gauge), but I’m really enjoying how relaxed it looks.
Let me spend a few words on the yarn. I didn’t push the boat out on this one, I chose relatively inexpensive yarns: one strand of Drops Lima (alpaca blend) and one strand of Knitting for Olive Soft Silk Mohair held together, and OMG! This jumper feels amazingly soft next to skin! The fabric this combination has created was a pleasure to knit and is such a joy to wear! I’ll have to see how well it holds up (will the Lima pill??), but definitely a combination to consider using again!
